Several hair oils are available in the market, but almost all oils are rich in chemicals, which is more harmful to the hair. Here are some natural solutions to solve this issue.
Diet is an essential factor for healthy hair. For a healthy hair have to include some foods. For a normal hair, you should include Fish, chicken, dals and sprouts in your daily diet. Pulses, Raw vegetables, Brown rice, Bananas, Vitamin E capsules and nuts are suitable for dry hair. If you want an oily hair, then you should add Fresh Fruits, Yoghurt, and Green Leafy Vegetables to your food.
2. Use Mild Shampoo
Choose the shampoo that matches to your hair(oily and dry hair). The shampoo is used for cleaning the scalp not for conditioning the hair. A minimal amount of shampoo is enough for cleansing the scalp. Overuse of this shampoo cause harmful effect.
3. Lemon Juice and Olive Oil
Poor diet or climate is the reason for itchy hair. To avoid this, massage the scalp with lemon juice and olive oil. It also helps to prevent dandruff, and the olive oil moisturises the hair.
An egg is used as a conditioner. The white helps to avoid unwanted oils in the hair, and the yolk is the source of fat and protein, which act as a powerful moisturiser. Massage the dry hair with egg yolk and oily hair with egg white. Then wash the hair by using luke water.
5. Honey and Olive oil
The antibacterial and conditioning properties of honey help to avoid the hair problem due to the effect of the sun. Massage the hair with the mixture of honey and olive oil and wash it out after 20 minutes. Olive oil has moisturising property.
6. Aloe vera
It is the best natural method for soothing the scalp and also helps to maintain the pH balance in the hair. The cleaning property of aloe vera helps to remove the dirt in the scalp and also helps for hair growth. Prepare a mixture of aloe vera, coconut oil, and lemon juice and apply this mixture on the hair and wash it out after 20 minutes.
7. Onion Juice
Onion is the source of sulphur, and it strengthens the production of collagen, and it helps in regrowth of the hair. It is the most traditional method for hair growth. Apply the onion juice on hair, wash it after 15 minutes. Can apply this juice once in a week.
8. Almond Oil
Helps to maintain moisturise and clean scalp. If you wish a shiny hair, then you can use almond oil. It is better for avoiding itchiness, dryness and other irritating issues on the scalp. Also helps for hair growth.
The radical scavenging and emollient properties of hibiscus help for curing dandruff and also enhance the hair growth. Prepare a mixture of hibiscus paste and olive oil then apply it on the hair. Hibiscus leaves are also suitable for healthy hair.
10. Potato Juice
Potato is the source of Vitamin A, B and C hence it is the best item for healthy hair. Also, it is suitable for thinning of hair. Peel the potato and prepare the juice and apply the juice on the scalp and rinse the hair using a mild shampoo after 15 minutes.
